5 Tips for weight loss training on a treadmill

1. Set goals that will inspire you to train regularly. Make sure you set goal that can be achieved in a decent matter and do your best to stick with the program. Once you reached the first goal you will increase your motivation and commitment to the weight loss training program.

2. Drink a lot of water, at least 8 cups per day. High water consumption increases the metabolism and in that way helps the body burn more calories.

3. Make sure you do treadmill workouts at least 30 minutes per day. A normal training session should take around 1 hour.

4. The treadmill workout sessions ca be very boring. Try different types of exercises and change your program when it’s become boring. Also you can listen to your favorite music during training.

5. Always maintain a correct posture and make sure keep the correct posture during the whole training session. Is better to do walk slower of for a few miles and keep the correct posture than doing extra work in a wrong way.
