When:
If you want to burn the fat you should do this exercise daily. Others can do this exercise as recovery from the other workouts.

Benefits
This exercise makes the body to use the fat as energy. At a hear rate around 60% -65% almost 85% of your burned calories are fats. If you walk slower or faster you will burn fat in a lower %.

The fat burning workout

1.Start easy for the first 10 minutes. This worm up stage will burn the sugar and glycogen store in blood. You also prepare your body to burn the fat.

2. Stop for 5 minutes and do some stretching moves. This stretching will prevent possible injuries so don’t skip this step.

3. Start walking and raise your heart rate at a 60-70% of your heart rate.

4. Continue to walk for 45 to 60 minutes and keep your hear rate constant.You will see that the exercise is not so hard and you can speak to others, listen to music or watch the tv.

5.Cool down by walking 5 minutes at an easy pace.

You can also finish the treadmill workout with a 5 minute stretching session
