Many of the people that acquire a treadmill do this so they can have the chance to train daily in the comfort of their home. But what are the most popular workouts? We put our money on treadmill workouts for weight loss.
Let’s face it. These days when you spend most of the day behind a desk we all need some weigh loss workouts. Here is a workout that include both incline and speed changes and that will help you burned more calories. If you have a treadmill with extended software capabilities you can put this program in console ’s memory and do the workout at least 2 times per week for 10 weeks.

3 hill weigh loss treadmill workout
1. Start with a 5 minute warm up session with the speed at around 3.5 miles per hour
and 0% incline.
2. Increase the speed to 5.5 miles per h and the incline at 5%.Do this gradually
every 15-20 sec. This step should take 2-2.5 minutes.
3. For one minute continue the workout at 5.5 mph and the incline at 5 %.
4. Decrease the speed until it reaches 4.5 mph and the incline at 0% .This step
should take 2 minutes.
5. Maintain this speed and incline for 5 minutes.
6. During the next 2 minutes increase the speed until you reach 6 mph and a incline
of 7%.
7. Keep this incline and speed for 1 minute.
8. Decrease the speed to 4.5 mph and the incline to 0%.Do this during a 2 minute
period.
9. Maintain this pace for 5 minutes
10. Start the last hill by increasing the speed at 6 mph and the incline at 6%.The
interval should take 2 minute/
11. Keep the speed and incline for 1 minute
12. Start the descending and graduly decrease the speed until 5 mph and incline at
0%.The interval should take 2 minute/
13. Continue the workout for minute at a 5 mph and 0% incline.
14. Increase the speed at 6 mph and incline at 3% and keep this pace for 5 minute.
15. Another 2 minute but a lower speed and 0%
16. In the end a 5 minute cool down interval at 2.3 mph and 0% incline.
