When to do the Health/Recovery Walk
This exercise can be done daily or used as recovery day exercise for the ones that doing other walking workouts.
Benefits of the Health/Recovery Walk
Walking every day for 30 to 60 minutes reduce risk of hear disease, stroke, diabetes and other serious conditions. Walking or exercising every day is also associated with the longevity so you have the best reasons and benefits in the world.
Health Health/Recovery Workout
1.Start with a 10 minutes warm out
2.Stop and do some stretching exercise in order to prepare your body for the real workout.
3. Start the walking workout and bring your hear rate to 50-60% of the maximum hear rate.
4. This is very comfortable rhythm and you should continue walking like this for 30-60 minutes.
5. End up with 5 minute cool down session and some stretching exercises.
