The NordicTrack treadmills are produce by Icon Health & Fitness, one if the largest manufacturer in this field and also owner of other success brands like Epic, Image, Proform or Reebok.

The original NordicTrack Company went bankrupt and they were bought by Icon. Since then they drastically improve the quality and today’s treadmills are solid machines with a cool design and much better than the previous models.

NordicTrack treadmills are in economy and mid range classes but they are the best designed treadmill in these price ranges. No matter the model you buy you can expect a solid machine that will keep up for a longer period of time.

These treadmills are famous for the numerous features like the 7 inch TV in the console, generous sized belt and the cushioning systems. Another strong point of the NordicTrack treadmill are advanced cushioning system that are specially designed to protect your joins while ensure the comfort of the runner.

Their mid price treadmills come with some nice features like: 7 inch Tv, iFit workout cards and iPod/Mp3 doc with a good sound system. Also another strongest point of these training machines is the life warranty for the motor. It only means that these engines are very good and that NordicTrack trust them a lot.

One of the biggest problems of these treadmills is the lack of organization and slow response on NordicTrack customer support. They have improved this service over the years but they still have a long road ahead.

Overall Conclusion:

NordicTrack has some of the best models for entry level and mid-price range. In the same time their model are not recommended for heavy runners. For the rest of the persons NordicTrack treadmill are one of the best options.
