The first advice is to use only the music you like. It doesn’t matter if is hip hop, rock or pop. It has to be your type of music.

So what are the right songs?
A study made bys Dr Costas Karageorghis, professor of psychology at Brunel University shows that the effective workout songs have these characteristics: Simple beats, simple chords, and simple messages.
Along with simplicity these songs have these characteristics:
1.A relentless rhythm
2.Powerful themes
3. A trancelike quality
4.An aggressive pace
5.Uplifting arrangements
