If you have a small gym at home or you use a special room to do your treadmill workouts you probably have a problems with the sweat odor. After using that room for a while the sweat odor will impregnate and the room will constantly smell bad.

You can wash the treadmill with Lysol but the best solution is a mix of water and white vinegar. This is a home made mix that will work much better than any cleaning products when it about sweat odor.

If you repeat this washing routine you this problem will disappear for good. Also you can use the water and white vinegar mix when you want to remove sweat odor from other objects like sport shoes.

Also to prevent this problem you can leave the windows open for one hour after you finish the workouts.
